Terms of Service

Fade is a social sports prediction game. Players compete in private leagues by placing predictions on real-world sporting events using virtual points. The points have no cash value. Fade is a game played for entertainment and bragging rights among friends, not a gambling or wagering service.

All picks inside the app use virtual points only. Points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and are not redeemable for money, goods, or anything else of value.

Fade does not facilitate, process, or take a cut of any real-money transaction. If players choose to arrange a real-money pot among themselves, that arrangement is made independently by those users outside of the app, and Fade is not a party to it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fade. You are responsible for complying with all laws in your jurisdiction regarding sports prediction games, contests, and related activities. If such games are restricted where you live, you may not use Fade.

When using Fade, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or otherwise manipulate scoring, settlement, or league standings.
• Use bots, scripts, scrapers, or any form of automation to interact with the service.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post unlawful or offensive content.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or leagues that are not yours.

Fade is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Sporting data and settlement outcomes may be delayed, corrected, or contain errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fade and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
